Pierre, a famous explorer and writer, regularly travels the world. One drunken night, he climbs a hotel frontage and falls several stories.The incident leaves him deep in a coma. When he awakes, he struggles to even walk. Against everyone’s advice, he decides to walk through France, from Provence to Mont Saint Michel, following forgotten pathways. Based on Sylvain Tesson’s critically acclaimed novel of the same name, “Sur les chemins noirs” (“On the Wandering Paths”) stars Academy Award winner Jean Dujardin (“The Artist”) in a story of struggle, resilience, and reconnection with oneself.
