Advance Ticket Policies
- Online or In-Person: You can purchase advance tickets online or in-person
- Online service charge: We charge a $0.99 online booking fee (per ticket) to cover the cost of our ticketing software.
- Advance ticket deadline: Online advance tickets go off-sale 30 minutes before showtime.
- All major credit cards accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
- Redeeming Gift Passes for online advace: Yes! You can use your paper gift pass to reserve advance tickets online. Simply select the $0.00 “Gift Pass Reservation” option to reserve your seat. Turn in your gift pass in person when we check your ticket at the cinema.
- Membership Card + Ticket combos: you can purchase a member ticket & a new membership card at the same time. Pick up your new card when we check your ticket at the cinema.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased in advance, but if you bring it to the cinema in person (before the playdate), we will exchange it for a different showtime or a free gift pass.
- Transfer to a friend: You can give advance tickets to a friend; simply forward them the ticket confirmation email.
Access 2 Card
Yes, we accept the Access 2 Card, which allows card holders to bring a support person with them, free of charge! About the Access 2 Card program (official website), which is run by Easter Seals Canada.
- Buying Tickets In Person: Simply show your card when buying a ticket in person at our Box Office
- Buying Tickets Online In Advance: When purchasing a ticket, select the $0 “Gift Pass Reservation” option for the support person’s seat. When checking in at the Box Office, simply show your Access 2 Card to get them in for free.
