Star Wars Day: May 4 & 5

“May the Forth Be With You!” Saturday May 4 is Star Wars Day!

In a fictional galaxy ruled by the tyrannical Galactic Empire, a group of freedom fighters known as the Rebel Alliance aims to destroy the Empire’s newest weapon, the Death Star. When the Rebel leader Princess Leia is captured, Luke Skywalker acquires stolen architectural plans of the Death Star and sets out to rescue her. Along the way, he learns about a metaphysical power known as “the Force” from the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The greatest kids’ picture for adults since “The Wizard of Oz.”

I haven’t had as much fun at a movie in years. With its technical wizardry, high-velocity storytelling and spirited good humor, Star Wars dazzles the child in us.
