Enjoy an afternoon of laughter at the cinema: we present Buster Keaton’s masterful comedy Steamboat Bill, Jr (1928), preceded by his iconic & innovative short film One Week (1920). The films will be accompanied by a live piano soundtrack by Kingston’s own improvisational genius Spencer Evans!

Book Launch: Author & Podcaster Ryan Barnett will be in attendance to introduce the films & sign copies of his new graphic novel: Buster Keaton: A Life in Pictures (available for purchase before & after the film).

Ryan Barnett is a Porkpie Scholar and host of the podcast series Once Upon a Time in Hollywood North. He lives in Montreal with his partner and daughter.
