New This Week: Cronenberg's The Shrouds, Librarian drama Darkest Miriam and Conclave returns to the cinema.

Wednesday March 13 @ 6pm

Part of the series Monsters of March, presented by the Cinema Society of Kingston.

In a Florida alligator park, a girl’s fascination leads her to adopt a baby alligator as a pet, only for it to meet a tragic fate. Years later, A detective investigates a series of gruesome murders tied to illegal pharmaceutical experiments, delving into a sinister world where corruption and greed collide. As he navigates treacherous sewers with a young partner, they confront not only the horrors of their case but also the primal terror of an enormous, relentless alligator lurking in the shadows.

Earthy, bizarre, and full-blooded, Lewis Teague’s B-movie brings its A-game and is no crock.
